Core strengthening mat based Pilates (45mins) combined beautifully with the mindful and intellectual practice of gentle, slow Yin that seeks to sooth and soften tensions within the body by helping to stretch connective tissue and fascia after strengthening the key areas for optimum spinal support and movement. It is a relaxing session and props are used to make the poses more effective.
It’s especially good for reducing stress and anxiety and helps improve the flow of energy to specific areas.
