Women’s Only classes are available to support Women through the different stages of their life, especially through Pregnancy and Menopause. They are specialist and gentle classes designed to be strengthening and calming.

Classes are one hour and 15 minutes long with time to chat afterwards. This encourages the development of social and community networks, providing an important sense of sisterhood and offering a chance to discuss ideas and share best practice.

Yoga for Menopause

This is a gentle and slow flow class for Women experiencing the symptoms of this stage of their life who wish to bring compassion and calm to their life in a supportive and friendly environment.
