Mum and Baby Yoga & Pilates classes are designed to be gentle, strengthening, supportive and healing for the Mum’s as well as being interactive and fun for the little ones. They are pre-booked in blocks of five and have a maximum of six per class, suitable from 6 weeks to 1 years of age. We incorporate Baby Yoga with massage, chanting and singing to encourage continued positive connection with the little ones. Mats, blankets and bric-a-brac are provided, but please bring a favorite blanket to lay your baby on plus any favourite toys. We supply almond oil for the baby massage component of the class.
Classes are one hour and 15 minutes long with time to chat afterwards. This encourages the development of social and community networks, providing an important sense of sisterhood and offering a chance to discuss ideas and share best practice.
