Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of Yoga that can be either slow and soothing or more cardio-vascular and faster paced, depending on ability and intention. Our beginners Vinyasa Classes are slower and our Mixed level classes often pick up the pace to incorporate a wider variety of more challenging postures. Some postures are held for up to forty seconds to help target the practice to stretch or strengthen certain areas that require a deeper focus.

With over 25 years of teaching experience in Classical Hatha, Iyengar and Hot Yoga, we have created our own style of Vinyasa that works for everybody by being inclusive and non-judgemental, challenging and accessible to all. We prepare and guide the individual through spiritual and meditative practices that help to elicit profound transformations.

Every class is one hour long and 30 minutes in duration and include time for plenty of relaxation and meditation.

The overall experience of physical yoga practice is greatly improved by warmth . We use energy efficient heating to warm the room to 30 degrees, a moderate heat which allows the body to stretch safely, minimising the risk of injury and helping to heal the muscular skeletal body. Cardiovascular fitness is improved; the warmth increases sweating, which aids the body’s natural cleansing process and you feel fantastic afterwards.
